Anyone using Trial Command will necessarily be taking a systematic approach to preparing for trial, organizing essential information, and calendaring deadlines. The hard work of creating a functional, litigator-specific system has been done for you, so Trial Command will allow the focus to be on the actual trial preparation, rather than trying to create a useful roadmap at the last minute. So, having access to Trial Command, which is an affordable, useful, systematic approach to preparing for trial, will help save time and frustration, which will be invaluable when trial nears. Trial Command is streamlined and intuitive to use, but it is still comprehensive, and I know that it would take me many, many hours to conceive of and create this type of PDF myself (and in fact, as I noted, I never was successful in so doing when I tried before), so this is definitely a worthwhile investment of a modest amount of money, especially because I can use this or adapt it to my needs over time. I can already tell that the Trial Command material will be an incredible tool, because I have struggled in the past to create and utilize an organizational approach to trial prep. I have (more than once) made major changes to my organizational approach, which more often than not resulted in a lot of wasted time and effort.
